Admissions Procedures

Here are the basic steps for applying for admission to Union Christian Academy.
1)  Print Admission Forms for each student applying.
2)  Complete and sign all forms.
3)  Attach the following items with your Admission Form. 

  • A check for Registration ($200 before April 1st or $300 April 1st or after)
  • A copy of applicant’s immunization record
  • A copy of applicant’s state issued birth certificate
  • A copy of applicant’s most recent report card
  • A copy of applicant’s most recent standardized test results
  • A transcript (9-12th grade)
  • Physical Exam (K5 only)
  • Legal Custody Papers (if applicable) 

4)  Submit all materials in person to the Union Christian Academy Registrar

 For your convenience the registration paperwork can also be submitted to the Elementary campus.

When all application materials have been received, they will be sent to the grade-level principal for review.

5) The final step will be an interview with the principal of the grade level to which you are applying.  (Applicants for grades 5-12 are expected to accompany parents to this interview.)
